It is perfectly appropriate for group chats, pau hana complaints, or reacting to a friend's wild story, but it would be out of place in formal writing or serious professional settings. The addition of the "z" transforms a simple adjective into a standalone exclamation, capturing the dramatic, expressive nature of local storytelling where exaggeration is a key component of humor.
